Fruit Up Daily and the Fruit Up Til 5 program provide education, community accountability, and coaching support. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing diet, exercise, medication, or treatment. Contact local emergency services for an emergency.
No guaranteed outcome
Results vary. We do not guarantee weight loss, health improvement, income, participation, or any specific outcome.
Fruit Up Guide
The in-app guide provides general help using Fruit Up Daily and may produce incomplete or incorrect answers. Verify important information in the app, the Fruit Up Til 5 Guide, or with the Fruit Up team. The guide does not provide medical advice, make decisions for you, or complete actions on your behalf.
Recipe and Juice Makers
Generated meal and juice recipes and serving previews are suggestions and may be incomplete, incorrect, or visually different from the written recipe. They are not medical, nutrition, allergy, medication-interaction, or food-safety advice. You are responsible for checking every ingredient label, allergy and cross-contact risk, safe preparation and storage method, portion, and fit with your selected Fruit Up protocol or healthcare guidance before making or consuming a recipe.
Walking conditions
Walking conditions is optional weather and air-quality information, not medical advice or a guarantee that a route, time, weather condition, air-quality reading, or physical activity is safe. Provider information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Check current local alerts, visibility, traffic, surfaces, and your own circumstances before walking, and choose an indoor option when appropriate.
Acceptable use
- Use only your approved account and submit truthful information.
- Do not share your account, access links, nonpublic screenshots, recordings, downloads, guides, MAP questions, coaching materials, or other member-only content with anyone outside the authorized program.
- Do not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, publicly display, scrape, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative products from, or use the service or its nonpublic materials to build or assist a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits and cannot be waived.
- Do not harass, impersonate, upload unlawful content, probe security, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload content you lack permission to use.
Membership, payments, and refunds
Paid membership terms, billing frequency, cancellation, and refund eligibility are presented at purchase and control that transaction. App-store purchases are also subject to store billing rules. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel it with the applicable store or payment provider.
Proprietary service and limited permission
Fruit Up Daily, the Fruit Up Til 5 program, their source code, object code, interface copy, visual assets, MAP questions, guides, training, challenge materials, coaching materials, videos, compilations, workflows, nonpublic business information, and other original content are proprietary to Fruit Up with Bobby Smith LLC or used with permission. They may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, confidentiality, contract, and other applicable law. “Fruit Up Daily,” “Fruit Up Til 5,” “Fruit Up,” related logos, and program identifiers remain the property of their respective owner.
While your account is active, Fruit Up with Bobby Smith LLC grants you a limited, revocable, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the service only for your authorized participation in the Fruit Up program. No ownership is transferred. Any permission not expressly granted is reserved.
Confidential member-only materials
Nonpublic app features, program materials, internal methods, unpublished resources, member communications, and administrative or coaching information must be treated as confidential. You may not disclose or use them outside your personal authorized participation without prior written permission from Fruit Up with Bobby Smith LLC.
Your content
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You give Fruit Up with Bobby Smith LLC a limited permission to host, process, display, back up, moderate, and transmit that content as reasonably needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Notice. You remain responsible for having the rights needed to submit it.
Suspension and termination
We may limit access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, material rule violations, or threats to members or the service. You may stop use and request deletion at any time.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fruit Up Daily is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
